Dr. Todd W. Phillips
PT, DPT, OCS
Physical Therapist
Dr. Todd Phillips PT, DPT, CSCS is one of our Physical Therapists at Arctic Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy. He graduated from Shippensburg University where he studied exercise science and competed on the track and field team as a 400m specialist. Todd earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2014 and has focused on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and is certified in dry needling for trigger point release. During his free time, Todd enjoys being outdoors, running, hiking, mountain biking and snowboarding.
Dr. Amy Bloom
PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Amy Bloom PT, DPT is one of our Physical Therapists that joined our team on April 2019. She graduated from Louisiana State University where she studied Kinesiology and competed on the LSU women’s soccer team. Amy earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, Texas in 2016 and worked as a traveling physical therapist in multiple orthopedic rehabilitation clinics across the country. After three years of traveling, Amy finally decided to settle in Palmer, Alaska to fulfill her desire for endless outdoor adventures. Amy is certified in dry needling for trigger point release. During her free time, Amy enjoys running her Weimaraner, traveling, hiking, backpacking, kayaking and skiing.
Noah Richards
PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Noah Richards, PTA is our Physical Therapist Assistant that joined our team on February, 2021. He graduated from University of Anchorage Alaska where he completed his Associates Degree with a Physical Therapist Assistant major, while also studying Health Sciences. Noah is Alaskan born and raised, and in his free time enjoys hockey, the outdoors, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Zoe Nelson
PT, DPT, COMT
Physical Therapist
Zoe Nelson, PT, DPT, COMT is one of our physical therapists. She is born and raised in Palmer, Alaska. She graduated from Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi where she studied Sports Medicine and Exercise Science and then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Oregon in 2020. Since graduation, Zoe has focused on pelvic floor rehabilitation and has gained a deep understanding of the intricate musculoskeletal and neurological components of the pelvic region. She is also certified in dry needling and holds a Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. In her free time, you’ll find Zoe chasing her toddler and her Labrador around outside
